Reapportionment method: 1 seat given to each state by default. 385 assigned by population using a single divisor, with fractions being round down.
All districts within states will seek to have roughly equal numbers of Biden voters relative to other districts in the same state.

Maine has 3 districts.

The 1st includes all of Cumberland not in the 2nd, as well as all of York. Biden+30
The 2nd takes in all of Kennebec, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Androscoggin, and all of Cumberland except the portions in municipalities bordering Portland, and Portland itself, in addition to Scarborough. Biden+9
The 3rd takes in all of Oxford, Franklin, Somerset, Piscataquis, Arostook, Penobscot, Washington, Hancock, Waldo, and Knox counties. Trump+6

New Hampshire has 3 districts.

The 1st has Carroll, Belknap, and Strafford, and all of Rockingham except the towns of Hampstead, Atkinson, Salem, Derry, Windham, and Londonderry. Biden+7
The 2nd has Hampstead, Atkinson, Salem, Derry, Windham, and Londonderry in Rockingham, and Pelham, Hudson, Litchfield, Manchester, Nashua, Merrimack, Bedford, Goffstown, Hollis, Amherst, Brookline, Milford, Mont Vernon, New Boston, Mason, Greenville in Hillsborough. Biden+4
The 3rd has all of Hillsborough that is not in the 2nd, as well as all of Chesire, Sullivan, Merrimack, Grafton, and Coos. Biden+12

The 1st has Franklin, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Addison, and all of Rutland except for Wallingford and the municipalities bordering Windsor. Biden+38
The 2nd has Essex, Orleans, Caledonia, Lamoille, Washington, Orange, Windsor and all municipalities in Rutland bordering it, Windham, Wallingford town in Rutland, and Bennington. Biden+33
