I believe last time he won every single district and swept the delegates and that was just with 30% ish support.

Tim Scott is the biggest flop of these recent South Carolina polls.

One gets the feeling that most South Carolina Republicans don't even know who he is...

As long as both Haley and Scott stay in until South Carolina, it's unlikely Trump wins every district. Haley at least, has remained popular enough to win at least SC-1.

It's still so bizarre to me that Tim Scott is considering a run. He doesn't have a lane in SC, much less anywhere else.
