Living down here in south FL with many who actually do still believe in Trump and many others who cannot stand him but are independents or republicans, what is there to do? I'm sure the similar type sentiment spreads across the country.

It already feels like 2024 is a boot at this point. Even if the economy sags, you get the feel the GOP just has nothing and nobody. Worse, there doesn't appear to be any message (again). Abortion's ugly head, which has hurt the GOP before politically, keeps re-appearing too.

What is the hope? What's the message? To me, it almost feels like the Democrats have to self-destruct, and someone would have to try to primary Biden out (near-impossible), or he would have to die and their replacement would be a socialist, left-wing nutjob.

Asking the other party to self-destruct though generally doesn't work.

It just feels like 2024 at the presidential level is over, and I don't care what national polls are saying.

In April 1991 Democrats said the same thing about '92. Anything can happen by now and November 2024.

Especially when 2 of the 3 major players are almost 80 years old.

April 2007 is a much better analogy. If you weren't predicting hillary as the presumptive nominee in 2008, you were laughed out of the room.

Same thing will Giuliani.

I think the presidency overall is Lean D as of now, but anything can happen.

Their only hope is if there's a really bad recession.

Or there is racial tensions like police shootings again or something like that.

2024 is Joe Biden’s race to lose.
