A decent popular incumbent, a likely messy gop primary, better than expected midterm for the inbumbent, and Democrats having a lot more options on the table to 270. I'm sorry Republicans but unless the enviroment change all signs point to Biden being favorite to win reelection.

Biden beats both. He beats Trump 6/10 times and DeSantis 7/10 times.

Biden v. DeSantis is very unlikely, but Biden wins it easily.

Biden v. Trump, if it happens (~50%) will be a terrifying toss-up

Why is Trump a toss-up but DeSantis an easy win for Biden? If anything the reverse is more likely.

This, but I'd reverse Trump and DeSantis. Latter is the stronger Republican candidate.
