Ossoff's got relatively decent campaign skills, & given 3-&-a-1/2 more years of the ATL metro shifting left, Lean Ossoff.

Tossup either way but the winner of the 2024 presidential election is key. In a completely neutral year I’d say tilt Kemp.

Tilt D. Given Georgia's trends i'd say the worst case for Ossoff is a redux of VA-2014.

Lean D and I'm not sure if Biden winning in 2024 would even make this a toss-up. Another 3 years of awful trends and demographic changes for GOP is gonna make winning a senate seat in Georgia very tough. Even with some good will that Kemp will have from standing up to Trump and his impressive win last year, I don't think it'll be enough.

Tilt Democratic if Biden is reelected. In a Republican midterm, Lean or Likely Democratic.

In a second Biden term, I kind of expect a Virginia 2014 redux.
