Requesting the president to only make his decision until after the election or in case the presidents decides to pass the act give a transitioning period until at least after the upcoming election cycle, which should give people the time to register in the correct states. Only a few users are registered in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, England & Gibraltar right now, three to be exact.
But I would like the changes to not be applied before the upcoming election, in order to protect voting rights of these three users. It is not my intention to disenfranchise voters, so I don't want that to happen.
