Does he challenge John James?

Does he wait for Haley Stevens to move on?

Or does he try and run statewide?

He could definitely run against John James.  That’s probably his best bet if he wants to keep his political career going.

I don't know if MI-10 can be as close as it was this year, given how near-perfect the environment was in Michigan for Democrats, but why not? Levin doesn't really have anything to lose now and probably would have won here had he not tried to challenge Stevens instead.

John James is probably one of the biggest paper tigers in the GOP swing state roster. Against a proven quantity like Levin, I'd be willing to bet he falls apart and loses again.

There’s a non-zero chance James just runs for the Senate again anyway.
