With the possible exception of Guam and maybe 1 or 2 of the 6 Puerto Rican Representatives, they'd be solidly Democratic.  Guam and those 1 or 2 Puerto Rican Representatives would be Democratic leaning as well.  However, simply because of population, I can't ever see any of these except Puerto Rico becoming a State of their own.

Well, they would probably all go for a Democrat. That would mean 12 more EVs would go toward the Democratic candidate, making the 2004 result 264-286. If both NM and IA switched, the Democrats would win 276-274.
