After almost three years, the NCAA IARP investigation into Memphis for the recruitment of James Wiseman ends with a minor slap on the wrist for Memphis: no postseason ban, no penalties on the coach, no scholarship reductions.  Details here: https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/memphis-basketball-penalties-ncaa-violations-in-recruitment-of-james-wiseman-not-enough-for-postseason-ban/

I'm actually pretty disappointed that with all of the 5 star talent that has gone to Memphis in the past few years we haven't actually gotten to see that talent all compete at once. Clearly this is not how to run a functioning college basketball program, but I feel like we got robbed out of some good basketball. Oh well...
