I've been watching the new season of Genndy Tartakovsky's 'Primal.' It's probably the best animated TV show on the air right now. I haven't been watching too many other television shows other than that.

As for movies, I've still been watching lots of crappy B-movies that nobody will know or care about if I name them. But some recent movies I've seen for the first time include 'Dolores Claiborne-'one of the best Stephen King adaptations, probably; as well as Alfred Hitchcock's 'Vertigo'...which I kind of hated. To be frank, I think I just might not be a Hitchcock fan (except for 'Psycho' which is indeed a masterpiece). It might sound like sacrilege, but while I can appreciate the quality of how his movies are made and their impact on cinema overall, every other film I've seen of his evokes almost nothing out of me and sometimes ends up annoying or boring the s*** out of me. This was true with 'North by Northwest' and 'Rear Window' as well. I'm sorry if I'm offending any fans of his, or if I'm missing something, but all of his movies (again, except for 'Psycho') have been such slogs for me get through.

Sprung

From the creator of Raising Hope and My Name is Earl.  Guy (Garret Dilenhunt, dad/grandpa from Raising Hope) gets sent to prison in the 90s for 25 years for selling pot.  Gets out in 2020 due to COVID.  Moves in with cell mate at cell mate's mother's (Martha Plimpton, the mom/grandma from Raising Hope) house.  There is a lady he had a distant (and full of lies) relationship with in prison that joins them.  The form a crime "crew" to make some money, shenanigans ensue.  It's way funnier than it has any right to be.  It's the (I think) only original programming on the free streaming service called FreeVee (Amazon's free streaming service), so there are some ads.

Fall

Fall is uncomfortable to watch if you are afraid of heights. I couldn't watch it in the cinema.
