I forgot to remove Massachusetts and Rhode Island from the Democrats

No way. Bryan finally wins in this scenario. Hoover was just too unpopular and the Depression was just too severe for him to beat any Democrat. Especially not by that kind of margin. Al Smith also would have crushed him in a rematch.

I'm confused because the title of the thread says 1932... And while he would have been 68, it's not out of the realm of possibility he could have run in that year if he made it that long.
