As of Summer 2022, it's practically a coin toss. The biggest factor is if Trump runs again. If one of the 2020 candidates runs, the other will likely feel obliged — Trump out of spite and ego, Biden out of believing the stakes to be too high.

Pretty sure he's actually going to run. Rarely has a sitting prez not sought reelection, and Biden wanted to be prez for 35+ years. Now that he's finally there, why give it away early? The only plausible reason for him to step aside is if his health deteriorates. That can obviously happen with a 80 year old. Odds still remain pretty high he'll end up running. And he'll face no serious primary challenge. Just minor opposition, such as Trump and Obama before.
