On State Sovereignty -Any legislation that violates that 10th Amendment rights of Texas should be "ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified" -A new state electoral college by state senatorial districts for all statewide elections -Oppose all unfunded and underfunded mandates -Texas must fully fund indigent criminal defense, inmate healthcare, indigent burials and autopsies, and veteran services offices -Abolish abortion, bring equal protection of the law to all preborn children from the moment of fertilization -Call for an Constitutional Convention under Article 5
