On Constitutional issues
-Require a majority of voters in three-fourths of the counties to approve a state constitutional amendment instead of an simple majority of the state popular vote
-Enforce Article 4 Section 4 of the US Constitution regarding "invasions"
-No foreign law should be enforced by a Texas court
-Any attempts by the judiciary to rule in areas that are not "constitutionally granted" should be nullified
-Limit the power of the Supreme Court by rolling back their areas of jurisdiction
-Term limits of 12 years for both federal and state offices
-Oppose expanding of the Supreme Court through a constitutional amendment
-Repeal the 16th Amendment (Income Tax)
-Repeal the 17th Amendment and return the power to elect US Senators to the state legislature
-Change the 14th Amendment by making babies have one biological parent as a US citizen to be granted citizenship at birth
-New constitutional amendment to make English the official language of the US, and one of two official language in territories
-Calls on the Texas Legislature and local lawmakers to nullify executive orders that "go beyond administration of executive authority and have the effect of legislation".
-Repeal and replace emergency management code
-No mass lockdowns ever again
-Oppose funding or doing any form of contact tracing
-A state constitution amendment to mandate a session of the Legislature after 30 days of a declared emergency in five+ counties
-Governor can no longer make policy or law through executive order, and can no longer deem business either essential or non-essential
-Governor's emergency power cannot be delegated
-Failure to discharge duty is a crime and is punishable by fine or imprisonment

On Citizen Rights
-Supports the historic concept of limited civil government jurisdiction under the natural laws of God
-The state is not sovereign over the affairs of "men, the family, and the church"
-Their should be a age (not specified) when citizens are guaranteed rights, duties, and privileges.
-Says the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact violates Article 1 and Article 2 of the Constitution
-Supports recall elections of elected officials
-Defends Habeas Corpus
-Census should only count US citizens and oppose any estimation or data of any others
-Texas should recognize that their ERA ratification was only valid through March 22, 1979
-Fundamental right of parents, parents should all decisions to children with all aspects including education
-Support the return of prayer, the Bible. and the Ten Commandments in schools, courthouses, and government buildings
-Repeal and nullify the National Firearms Act of 1934 and Gun Control Act of 1968
-Pass unrestricted Constitutional Carry in Texas
-Nullify gun laws that violate the 2nd Amendment
-Support national reciprocity for gun ownership rights
-Right of License to Carry holders to carry anywhere off-duty and retired law enforcement can carry

On State Sovereignty
-Any legislation that violates that 10th Amendment rights of Texas should be "ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified"
-A new state electoral college by state senatorial districts for all statewide elections
-Oppose all unfunded and underfunded mandates
-Texas must fully fund indigent criminal defense, inmate healthcare, indigent burials and autopsies, and veteran services offices
-Abolish abortion, bring equal protection of the law to all preborn children from the moment of fertilization
-Call for an Constitutional Convention under Article 5
