Hillary Clinton wins her party's nomination, and picks Barack Obama -her staunchest opponent during the primaries- as her running-mate.  She then goes on to lose narrowly to McCain/Huckabee.

How happy would you be with a McCain/Huckabee administration?

You beat me to the puch. I was about to add this one.

Unhappy borderline suicidal.

All of the candidates mentioned are anti-gun, including unmentioned Rudy. Hil and Gore are socialists. McCain wants to send more troops to Iraq. (Apparently the message the people sent in the last election was not received by JM.)

What's a libertarian to do? Vote Libertarian I suppose.

Do you even know what a socialist is?

Unhappy, mainly due to the fact that I can't see what he would do differently and is not a maverick or anti-establishment figure, despite what some would say. Plus, he wants more troops in Iraq.

Suicidal? Maybe not. Unhappy? Oh definitely. Might want to start thinking of moving to Canada.

This sums it up nicely.

hahahaha... smarty pants. Smiley

Actually it was the healthcare plan Hillary proposed when she was the first lady that caused me to think of her as a socialist. Her plan would have put 1/6 of the nation's economy under the control of the federal government. That's a big step toward socialism. Happily the congress shot it down when they got a look at the org chart.

I'd have very mixed feelings about it.  Electing John McCain as President is like the Red Sox signing Matsuzaka.  He could turn into an all time great, a total disaster, or an average everyday starter.

He's better than Bush, but I think he's a lot more conservative than he lets on (and this will come out in the race for the GOP nomination, where he'll have to run far right). Unhappy overall; I'd much prefer any of the leading Dem candidates over McCain.
