This is largely to enable us to repeal the asian carp suck act which costs us money. Instead of us offering the bounty the states can.

We need to regulate these pests and what a better way than to have our hunters do that job for us.

They totally are where i live. Ive had to review contracts on 3 separate occassions in the past year where the City had to pay USDA to come down and gas the groundhogs to stop theme from damaging our low incone housing and middle school running track.

Under this proposal the decision on if the bounties are offered is based on local conditions rather than regionwide.
