9. Abortion should be illegal or very heavily restricted.

I personally oppose abortion, but do not believe in the government banning it. The only people who should be involved in the decision to abort are the person carrying the pregnancy, the other partner (if the sex had to create the pregnancy was consensual), and the medical professional(s) performing it. Abortion's morality, at least in my view, is a case-by-case thing, and no law could reasonably segregate all the reasonable abortions from the pointless ones. That's up to the people involved in its performance, and not any lawmaker, lawyer, or judge.

I don't know what "heavily restricted" means. I like SCOTUS focus on trimesters. It should be heavily restricted in the third trimester, somewhat restricted in the second, and not restricted at all in the first. That has been my moderate hero position since rocks cooled, and will not be changing.

Kids, it is a good idea of getting in to habit of defining your terms. When you get sloppy, misunderstandings and sometimes unnecessary conflict ensues.

Case by case basis. It shouldn't be all illegal or all legal.

Usually disagree. It should be legal early in the pregnancy, but banned sometime from 20 to 24 weeks.

Legal without restriction during the first trimester, keep it legal until like halfway through the second trimester and then ban it unless in the case of rape/incest, danger to the mother's health, or limited socioeconomic reasons (like, you know, being homeless).
