Schumer. I don't see Young getting over 60% of the vote, although he will probably get somewhere in the upper 50s and his margin could be larger if there is a strong Libertarian candidacy. Libertarians tend to do unusually well in Indiana.

Young I think gets >60%. Schumer the last time he was elected wasn't even minority leader. He'll lose a lot of ground upstate, and doubtful he'll do better than Biden.

Schumer will lose a lot of ground due to his status as Minority Leader - he wasn't even in a leadership position last time and comes across increasingly like an NYC Senator. So I'm tempted to give a slight edge to the unpolarising figure of Todd Young.

Lean Schumer only because I see the state and national Republicans taking little interest in his race. Indiana Democrats will still put something into keeping Young’s margin close since the race is the only item on their agenda. Even if opponent  quality were the same (and I give Schumer the probable edge there too), I’d say that relative attention gives Schumer the edge overall.
