Most people, regardless of ancestry or how many generations they are removed from the immigration experience, don’t give two S019s about the latest Twitter nonsense BRTD keeps harping on about.

I only care about it in the sense that it keeps getting thrown in front of me and I wish that it wasn't.

I wouldn't care if Republicans weren't so anti-everything that shouldn't be a partisan political issue in the first place.

I think the culture wars deserve a proportionally representative amount of attention. Whether it even crosses the threshold is a topic of debate.

That depends on what you consider to be part of the "culture wars." Are we talking the annual War on Christmas nonsense or are we talking more like abortion/gay marriage?

I wouldn't waste my time talking about such issues on here if every other thread wasn't something having to do with the culture war.

Senator Sinnyc would vote for any culture war bills but would not spend much time on it and in some cases would be willing to compromise with Rs in return for other issues.

President sinnyc would not veto any culture war bills sent to my desk but would tell congress to cool it and work on more important stuff.

The underlying belief is that many culture war stuff will eventually happen anyway. and its more important to improve the economy at the bottom so that people dont look for scapegoats in the culture war issues.

If you want culture wars to get toned down, make the US a freer society. Make participating in the educational-employment complex 100% optional, fix housing prices/cost disease, put in national healthcare/UBI and I imagine a TON of culture war issues or drama would evaporate.
