I think he will narrowly beat a McConnell-backed candidate using the power of Trump's endorsement and he will continue to deny the allegations. The general election, I'm not too sure of.

Yes. “Man accused of abuse during divorce” is neither unheard of nor definitive proof of abuse, and Parnell can spin suggestions that he’s guilty as cancel culture/a “woke witch hunt”, etc.

Trump isn't great a picking winners in Republican primaries. If he campaigned with him maybe, but I think he has bigger fish to fry ie going after pro impeachment and infrastructure Republicans

At this point it's probable but if enough fallout occurs which in this partisan environment is unlikely, Barnette could end up winning the nomination instead.
