Holy sh!t they better nail this guy. The student got in a fight with another one, he pursued them trying to break it up, but then she got in a car that fled and he shot at the car from behind. Charge him with murder.

Fighting is not punishable by death, and running away does not pose a threat. This is absolutely murder.

Yes, the fight had already effectively been broken up once she fled. So at that point she was no threat...it was murder.
