I'm talking about people who are mostly concerned about violence, looting, assault, stealing, burglary etc. when they vote.

I know many liberals and leftists have a bad opinion of them but how can you reproach them for wanting to be safe and keeping less dangerous streets ?

Could be FFs or HPs. Don't underestimate how legitimate concerns about crime, often lead to the more undesirable beliefs on immigration and welfare that leftists dislike. I blame the press for that to an extent. But simply being concerned about crime is not a bad thing at all.
