If the plea deal includes his resignation from office, is there any chance he could end up back on Atlas/Talk Elections someday?

I think this is a little bit of an exaggeration but I do generally agree that elected/unelected officials should not get off lightly and punishments should perhaps even get harsher sentences than the average law-breaker.
