EXECUTIVE ORDER
to make provisions for the application of criminal justice

Tack50, of the state of Maine, is hereby appointed as a special prosecutor to investigate potential violations of the Real Life Protections Criminal Code Reform Act.

In pursuance to the executive order posted by President SevenEleven, here is where I will update the public into my investigations on possible criminal activities

I will say it is an honour to cooperate in the pursuit of justice. Hoping that this goes better than the last big prosecution by AZ

I can only say that I am investigating something, so the office isn't exactly a cushy government job so I can have a title and a good fictional salary

I am not sure to what degree it would be appropiate for me to talk about my investigations in public though until the conclusions are done and I can press a case (or I find out I am unable to do so, at which case I suppose I'll bring everything I've done to light for transparency).

Ok, so I will now disclose what I have done for now. Which honestly has been just sitting down and wasting time

I just conducted a very small investigation, took a look at the evidence and after talking to a couple people for advice, decided that LouisvilleThunder's actions on the 20th-21st of June rise up to the level where they are easily covered by a doxxing charge. But basically I wasted 10 days, whoops.

I have the required evidence and witnesses to conduct a prosecution of LT.


For full disclosure this was not the only charge I considered filing; but I will go into more detail into other potential accusations when I either give up completely on them or actually file the charges. There are actuallly 2 other crimes in fact. The first like I say will not disclose yet.

The 2nd however I've more than given up and involved an extremely far-fetched accusation of "conspiracy to commit Ballot Tampering"; regarding nerd's vote (of course nerd himself would have been accused of ballot tampering as part of this).

However, what nerd did was not really ballot tampering from a reading of the law. And even if it was, tying LT to it was impossible; with barely any evidence and no witnesses. So LT is clear of that.
