The sad thing is he’s not a lock for re-election despite this, and if he does win, probably will be pretty close when it never would have been even 10 years ago (when his father easily won).

He isn't the prohibited Fav nor is Kelly, but if Kelly bucks the Trend in Red KS as well as Breshear it proves BLUE WAVE POTENTIAL IN 2022, because they are Red state Govs and Ryan is just like him
