Canada day or Fourth of July

Which of these days do you like more??? I’d like to hear from people who aren’t Canadian or American.

I'm no fan of France, but I think Bastille Day is a great celebration. Out of these two though, I feel the Fourth of July is more sincere. The ethos of Canada Day seems very ill-defined. Unlike Bastille Day, which is also an anniversary, but commemorates something far more meaningful, as Canadian values are perhaps less well understood, Canada Day seems to me to be a celebration of nothing which is why it struggles to defend itself.
