Dems gain a handful of seats in the house... still some "sleaze" contaminating the GOP "brand" but Kerry's approvals would be poor... had Kerry won I'd have thought the Dems would probably have won another senate seat or two in '04 so the margin in the Senate would have been closer, Dems probably take PA, come close in MT, but GOP probably does well in MN and NJ... perhaps a net gain of 5-6 seats for the Dems in the house... but not much change to be honest... lots and lots of deadlock till '08.
