Other than Lauren Underwood in Illinois, which Black congressmember represents a swing area or could be vulnerable to a loss in 2022 and beyond, most Black congressmembers are in safe districts like Clyburn or Waters.....

CT 5th is kinda swingy,
Allred and Mcbath too are in previously swingy districts although now Safe/Borderline Safe. Sanford Bishop's isn't really swingy right now but it used to be. GK butterfield's is close but probably still too polarized.

Deming'
s isn't in a swing district but she came closer than Obama to winning a Romney district in 2012. Lawson was also willing to run for a swing district back in 2010. Horsford in NV 4th is definitely in a swing district and Delgado represents a Trump 2016 and a bare Biden 2020 district.

Also Burgess Owens just flipped a swing district last year in UT 4th.

Of these, here is who I see at risk for 2022.

Allred- unlikely I think the Texas GOP will cede the 3rd DFW seat and he gets a safe seat for 2022.
Mcbath- Under current lines she most likely survives 2022(95%) although issue is the GA GOP has been hinting towards drawing one of GA06/GA07 out. However the issue is even if they sink one of GA06/GA07 McBath is still at risk. IMO the GA GOP will probably draw 4 black majority seats but the "new" seat would actually come from the southern suburbs while David Scott and Hank Johnson's seats are pushed northwards. This could put McBath at a primary risk if Scott doesn't want to move South.

Bishop- The GA GOP could try to cut him although they have never been insanely aggressive regarding redistricting congressionally at least.

Butterfield- If I had to guess the NC GOP could just sink him by adding Durham again or they could push it towards a tossup.
Deming's- Probably safe even with an Orlando seat cut but she might run statewide anyway.
Lawson- I think the FL GOP will cut FL 5th which probably screws him.
Horsford- Probably gets shored up.
Delgado-Gets shored up.

The Georgia Republicans have never targeted Bishop because doing so would likely bring up VRA violation issues.
