Is the current mayor a Republican or Democrat? Wiki says that he is a Republican but RRH has him as a Democrat. I’m so confused, send clearance..thanks.

I would think he's a Republican. Plano, like a lot of suburbs in Texas, was deep red until the Trump era, and it looks like he was first elected in 2013. Until Trump, I just don't see how a Democrat could have won in a place like this.
