After a recent training video became available from Elon Musk, his opponent, Mark Zuckerberg, has gone from strong favourite just to favourite at $1.52.

Elon could possibly crack him early and put him down. Elon has shortened from $3.20 to $2.37 so a lot of money is going on him over the last few days.

Zuckerberg also strikes me as the type of person who would be smart enough to actually practice for such a fight. I'm sure elon has pretended to train but he's not going to stop playing on his computer long enough to prepare properly.

Despite it being scheduled I will still be shocked if either of them actually throws a punch at the other.  My money is on this being some sort of scripted TV spectacle where they both read some speeches, awkwardly deliver rehearsed digs at each other prepared by professional writers, and then there's some cameo appearance by a major celebrity or tech world figure who forces them to shake hands and agree to peace.  Like Bill Gates will show up and give a pre-written speech about how we can do so much more good for the world by working together rather than fighting, and they both agree to donate $1 billion to malaria research or something and the crowd cheers as they raise their fists together.

True, but Musk has four inches and 30 pounds on Zuckerberg. I don't know how MMA matches usually go, but that seems like it might cut into Zuck's advantage.

In trained fighters yes. But Musk is a soft, out of shape man who has no real athletic talent.
