I'll go ahead and say FF. Kinzinger is a generic conservative Republican, but is also one of the saner and more level-headed members of the caucus, and he has always made his distaste for Trump plain.

While I have my (occasionally major) disagreements with them and none of them are "moderate" in the Atlas sense, the Illinois Republican delegation is a Freedom Delegation in both tone and overall policy position and miles better than virtually every other state GOP delegation in the country.
