Surprised that out of all European countries, it is North Macedonia that goes for full legalization of marijuana in Europe first; but good news I suppose

(Unless you count the Netherlands, but I think it is still illegal there, just with a million loopholes?)

They probably want to get really stoned because they changed their country's name to placate Greece so that they could join the EU and then Bulgaria vetoes it anyways.
