I think this should be vetoed on the grounds that we can't create a global economy by ourselves.  If the world together created one giant treaty to eliminate tariffs that sounds great.  Now, however, we are just revoking tariff with nations who may not in return and probably going to make ourselves dependent completely on foreign goods as their cheaper manufacturing replaces ours.
