Thedeadflagblues and I have been discussing the fact that several locations, including Virginia, North Carolina, and apparently most Idaho counties don't include Absentee or early votes in precinct totals. Obviously this is an outrage, as it totally makes most precinct data unusable for this election
Would folks be interested in beginning the process of collating some of this information? It would be good to have a plan of data collection first--which states do this and which don't? Would people be interested in reaching out to their local Board of Elections for this data--and are folks who are familiar with this process know whether this is doable?
This can't be lost to the dustbin of history! We need our data!
