For lower court judges?

Probably the correct decision IMO to a reasonable degree atleast within the judicial system.

However the Supreme court really needs to OVERTURN precedent and take action on this issue if there is any reasonable case for them to.
 However I was told judges overturning precedent is very dangerous for some reason and any judge that overturns precedent is a judicial activist?
