For Biden, I think he should be his calm and tempered self to emphasize the stark contrast between his tone and the tone of the sitting president. Point out the obvious issues with Trump, and even though his response will likely try to distract, if Biden is calm and Trump is talking fast and yelling, it makes Trump loo like he has something to hide. People want a return to normalcy, political stability, and being friendlier towards everyone, even those we disagree with on the critical issues that touch us all.
