Copying these over from the Assembly:

Alcohol Reform Initiative
1. The legal age for the purchase and consumption of alcohol shall be reduced from 21 to 18.

iPod Lawsuit Reform Bill
1. No suit may be brought in any Southeast court where the defendant is suing the manufacturer of an audio playback device or headphones because continued exposure to said products resulted in damage to the defendant's hearing.
2. "Audio playback device" includes, but is not limited to, portable compact disc players, digital audio players, recording playback devices, audio cassette players, laptop and desktop computers, and home stereo devices.
3. A qualified civil liability action (as defined in Section 1) that is pending on the date of the enactment of this initiative shall be dismissed immediately by the court in which the action was brought or is currently pending.

Just for fun.  (I know I'll get crucified for this one, but an election with only two initiatives would be boring.)

Southeast Intelligent Design Initiative
1. The Southeast Region hereby recognizes the theory "Intelligent Design", which states that a higher power may have created mankind, as a form of the biblical account called "Creationism."
2. The Southeast Region forbids all school districts under the government's authority to teach intelligent design as scientific theory in classes.

While I'm against the teaching of intelligent design in schools, I think communities should have more of a say in what goes on in Southeast schools; the regional government shouldn't make such broad dictates.

Voting is this weekend.  The first two initiatives up there made the ballot, the last one proposed failed.
