I'm not 100% sure, but by "ballot collection" does he mean they can start counting ballots the Friday before the election?

This is a lower court order, my guess is it will get stuck down by the MI Supreme Court or at least pared down, but who knows.

It means that people other than the voter can transport their ballot to the polls.

Ballot Harvesting should be illegal in all 50 states

Another victory for American patriots! Anti-American, anti-democracy voters will be very disappointed.

But thankfully it's not. In fact it's expanding with Nevada making it legal this year.

Every free country allows people who can't get to the polls or post office (often because work) to have a designated person deliver. That you call this ballot harvesting shows you do not truly believe we should be a free country.

And you used to be one of the better R posters here before drinking the koolaid.

Good news for voters, but lets hope Michigan isn't a deciding state on election night.  If it is, may not know winner until well after and Trump being who he is will declare victory or claim voter fraud and cause chaos.  Now if he loses Florida and one other state, won't matter then.
