SO19 vs the South
Opinion of the Court.
(Chief Justice Windjammer delivered the opinion of the Court)
After consideration of the submitted briefs and the facts of the case, the Court has come to a unanimous decision. Bane of SO19 violates the constitution of Atlasia for these following reasons :

Violation of due process : the law is poorly written and doesn’t clearly specify which offenses would qualify for this crime and how the sentence would be implemented.

Law of attainder : SO19 is being specifically targeted by the law
Thus, for violating due process and for targeting specifically S019, "Bane of S019" shall be struck down in its entirety.
