Guess I’m definitely not a “lurker” anymore.
Ask me literally anything.

In your profile you state that you like drawing maps by hand. What maps do you draw? I like drawing maps too.

I mainly draw political (border) maps of certain regions. I typically highlight cities and major roads. Sometimes I draw historical (or alternate historical) maps and I sometimes even simulate wars (with the primitive method of drawing everything in pencil and adjusting territorial changes as necessary)

When I was a bit younger, I would draw in class when I wasn’t paying attention.

I’ve definitely drawn most places by now, although I do throw out most of my maps (waste of limited space, plus it annoys my parents when there is a lot) With the possible exception of the lesser Antilles and the smaller Pacific islands.

Do you think masks and social distancing should be mandatory for the seasonal flu when this is over?  What about lockdowns?

For typical flu strains with at least a somewhat effective vaccine?
Definitely not, although I would hope we encourage the usage of them during the season in crowded places anyways, but not by mandate.
I do hope we adopt masks culturally in a way Asian countries have, I sure am going to.

Do you have high expectations for a Biden administration to impact your life?

Barring some unforeseen developments, no.

I don’t think at this rate, a Biden administration would change my life much. On the other hand, I do think a second Trump administration will. (but not exactly positively)

In general though, I like to keep my expectations low and be pleasantly surprised when things don’t go to s**t.
