Good poll for Biden, Morning Consult had a slight R bias in 2016.

What's notable is that Biden is at 49%. Clinton, although she was ahead by this amount in WI was only at around 46% most of the 2016 cycle.

Trump leading by only 5 among rural Wisconsin voters is suspect.  I wish they defined what areas of the state are considered rural.
