1. This is one of the absolute worst quality ads I've ever seen. It's up there with Collins' ad about Gideon's number one priority or whatever.

2. The ad just says "Joe Biden Democrats". Unlike Dukakis and Horton, Biden himself had nothing to do with this, and has come out against defunding the police. It's total BS in every way.

That is one of the most despicable ads I have ever seen.  So many leaps in logic...Biden wants to "defund the police" (no he doesn't)..."Biden Democrats released this guy from jail" (not Biden himself), quote from Biden saying some people shouldn't be in jail (he clearly didn't mean rapists or murderers).

The case described btw involves the guy being released on bail. He was originally denied bail but his lawyers argued for it due to covid-19 concerns and a judge granted it. It has absolutely nothing to do with "Joe Biden Democrats".
