TX-03 should be the eleventh Texas seat to flip Blue (based on PVI on wikipedia). If this seat is close, Texas Republicans are going to have a miserable election night in November.

Imagine telling a Texas Republican during the 2014 Midterms that there's a non-zero chance of the following scenarios happening during the 2020 election:

- President Donald Trump loses Texas
- Senator Cornyn's margin is in the single digits
- Democrats flip the State House
- Democrats win a majority of the states US House delegation
- Collin County isn't Solid R
- Wendy Davis wins Lamar Smith's seat
