I'm not even sure if the Holy See is the smallest nation on Earth, actually. Sealand is smaller, I'm uncertain about Seborga or Hutt River Province, and there's some medieval group (Knights of Malta?) that used to hold several Med. Isles but now only has a street address in Rome to its name.

The Republic of Minerva and Sealand are both legitimite nations who should be recognized.
