I think Washington trends R this time, and maybe California as well.

MD and NC are probably the most likely. I don’t see WA trending Republican unless Biden wins by 8 or more.

CA, MD, NC.

VA probably not. Not impossible though.

If the "Biden is weak with Hispanics" thing has legs then probably California.

Is North Carolina really on a Dem streak? Sure, Bush won it by double digits and following that Obama won it barely. However, since then Romney won it in 2012, and then Trump improved upon Romney's margin in the state by over a point. It has become more competitive sure, but on Presidential levels it's been slipping away from the Democrats between 2008-2016.

Maryland? You mean the state that borders Delaware and that Biden’s an incredibly good fit for?

It doesn’t. Last polls I saw showed him on pace for a finish at least as good as Hillary 2016 if not Obama 2012. And Bernie only had like a 2 point better approval rating. And he was collapsing with Hispanics at the time he dropped out — losing late voters in AZ. The idea that the Hispanic hierarchy apparently is Hillary>>>>>>Sanders>>>>>>>>>>>>Biden has never made a lick of sense anyway.
