Trump's approval has famously stalled in the range of 39%-43%. A 1-2 point gain over a few weeks counts as a bump.

It's not hard to predict that President Biden's poll numbers would start high and fall to earth in his first year. But do you think we will see the same kind of polarization, or will he go high by temporarily winning back indies and go low by disappointing Dems in ways Trump couldn't do on his side?

I think the vast majority of people will just see he's "not Trump" and he'll be in the mid-50s because of that.
