A previously Democratic county which completely flipped in 2016; going from 55% Obama in 2012 to 56% Trump in 2016. Historically quite industrial; was a major coal port. It apparently also has a large Finnish American population. Sherrod Brown narrowly won it in 2018.

Notable for being a headache for amateur redistricters as a small city separated from the rest of the state by Cleveland and Youngstown.

It's >90% white and has bachelors attainment below 15%. Likely R, much much closer to Safe than Lean. Hard to see this flipping to Biden unless there is some sort of brilliant all-inclusive campaigning that ties Trump's bungling of COVID back specifically to the economy.

Safe R, if Biden flips this than Trump is losing at 1980 levels.

Yeah, I've started to be more realistic and less hackish when it comes to my predictions (try to be less optimistic), but even before I would still have considered this Likely R.

Likely R. If Biden is winning this, he is both easily winning statewide and nationally in a landslide

Even if Biden somehow manages to win OH, he's still not winning this. Delaware would flip first
