WHo is this pollster? It seems like a university...but worse. I wouldn't put much stock in it.

You could interpret this poll as "Casey finally below 50%", or you could interpret this poll as "Santorum still below 40%".  Either would work.

Personally, I'm not terribly keen on interpreting polls in any real manner at all this far away from elections.  They're interesting, but this far out, they tell us essentially nothing about who's going to win in the end.
