Greetings Honorable Justices,

I am today filing suit against the Department of Federal Elections (including, in her official capacity as "Secretary of Federal Elections", Peebs), as well as Southern Senator North Carolina Yankee.

At issue is the certified result of the April 2020 House Elections.  This race was certified as such:

Personally identifiable votes available upon request.

I believe there to be serious concerns with the accuracy and validity of this certification.  I also believe that certain established procedures regarding elections were, in this case, not followed.  As such, I hereby request the granting of a Writ of Certiorari, specifically concerning if the above election was properly certified, and if further review of the tally or a runoff election is warranted.

As to the scope of my concerns, I am prepared to argue them in detail before the Court.  I pray that you will accept this case for review.

Thank you very much for your time.

A brief addendum, if I may.

Section 8 sub-section 4 of the Federal Election Act declares that "an official certification is completely final and may only be altered by order of the Supreme Court of Atlasia".  Therefore, this Court is the sole proper venue for the addressing of my concerns.  Again, I ask you to hear this case.

That said, if you can show the wrongly-counted votes, I'll gladly take the L.

What am I being sued for, I have no role in the counting process. All I did was explain the SoFE count and sent a link to the Electoral act with a bolded section.

This lawsuit is if someone was told "Sue me" and took it more literally than was intended.
Not that I would know anything about lawsuits against the SoFE...

FAIRBOL, Petitioner

V.

DEPARTMENT OF FEDERAL ELECTIONS
and
NORTH CAROLINA YANKEE, Southern Senator

BRIEF OF RESPONDENTS IN OPPOSITION TO CERTIORARI

Petitioner, having lost the recently held federal legislative election, has elected to file suit in an attempt to overturn his defeat. Petitioner, however, has failed to state in what action he believes either respondent to have taken which have caused the election certification to be inaccurate or have broken the law in any way; nor has he even specified what section of law he believes to have broken. In addition, he has not at all specified in what way the second Respondent, the Senator from the Southern Region, is at all involved with what he is filing suit against.

To grant certiorari on the vague "serious concerns" of Petitioner would be not just frivolous but also deeply wrong; Petitioner has done nothing to show any transgression.

I ask this Court for immediate dismissal.

The Dwarven Dragon News Network, formerly known as the Wulfric News Network, also urges the court to dismiss. We maintained an independent count throughout the election and at no point did our estimates agree with any suggestions that Fairbol was positioned to win. At all points during the final voting hours, Fairbol was at least 4 first prefs behind each of the 9 apparently elected candidates and there is no Fed way above surplus or any other reason to believe Fairbol would get lots of transfers in later rounds.

Further, we are aware that Fairbol's personal count has him at 10 first prefs. This number is not found in any DDNN report or that of any other news network to our knowledge.

Therefore we believe this case is the result of the Plantiff not counting votes accurately, perhaps due to misunderstanding validity standards, and possibly not understanding STV procedure. We urge the Court to uphold Peebs's certification and dismiss the case.

Where would Peebs have made a mistake exactly?

I decided that this is just a game....no need to cause unnecessary drama.  Sorry to disappoint you, though.  LOL.
