An Executive Order
To amend Executive Order VI-I relating to a declaration of a State of Emergency in the Lincoln Region as the result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Be it by virtue of the authority vested in me as Chancellor of the Lincoln Region that—
| Section 2 of Executive Order VI-I shall be amended to read as follows— |
And I further declare that during the State of Emergency that— (1) all gatherings that are expected to have more than 10 people attending shall be canceled or postponed;
(2) all gyms, fitness centers, and movie theaters shall cease operation as of 12:00 am on March 17, 2020; and
(3) all restaurants and bars shall only serve food or beverages for off-premises consumption, and it shall be prohibited for any restaurant or bar to serve customers food or beverages for on-premises consumption.
(4) all individuals are ordered to stay at home except as needed to access, support, or provide life sustaining business, emergency, or government services. |
