That's a pretty good map of the fairly safe states.  But I agree with others that Iowa and Ohio are not in the "no matter what" column.  I suspect that map gives Biden many more electoral votes than Trump.

Edit: UT also belongs in the 'safe, but not titanium' category, but only in the event of a strong third-party challenge that disproportionately hurts Republicans there.
